Source, recruit and screen qualified candidates, leveraging social media websites, tech job boards, and employee referrals; Manage overall recruiting process from first contact to offer letter; Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process; Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides; Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis; Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form; Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employer branding; Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies; Wear multiple hats as needed to help W3F in any way possible, example: assist with on-boarding new hires, payroll, admin support
2-5 Years experience in hunting role in technology recruitment; Experience of candidate search techniques like networking, social media; (LinkedIn, Angel.co, ), applicant tracking systems, job boards, Stack Owerflow, GitHub etc; Higher education degree in HR or a degree in Technology with HR experience; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Solid understanding of and interest in technology; Strong initiative; Intermediate knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel, opt. BambooHR; Fluent in English, German is a plus
