Position: Research Fellow (Trial Manager)

Duties: An opening exists for a full-time trialist to work within the UCL Tobacco and Alcohol Research Group at UCL as part of a 3-year research project funded by the National Institute of Health Research; The successful candidate will be expected to primarily co-ordinate and manage the day-to-day running of a randomized controlled trial evaluating the effectiveness of the Drink Less smartphone app
Requirements: The successful candidate will have a completed or nearly completed MSc in Trial Methodology or PhD in Psychology or related area or equivalent research experience; managed or coordinated a RCT or experimental research study; good knowledge of trial management, regulations and governance; and experience of coordinating recruitment and data collection for a large study; Project and budget management skills, the ability to ensure timely completion of projects, and to organise activities efficiently and to a high standard are essential
