Position: Personal assistant to the dean (M/F)

Location: Luxembourg City, Luxembourg
Duties: Provide day-to day assistance and support to the Dean and the dean’s office, ensuring matters are carried out in a confidential, sensitive and efficient manner; Pro-active calendar management including managing diary commitments and coordinating and booking travel requirements; Support for follow-up of budgetary line for dean’s office; Liaise with the different services of the central administration, the other faculties and centres, as well as external parties; Provide administrative support for the hiring of new academic staff and coordinate the recruitment process (including close contact with committee and candidates); Faculty event organisation (annual general assembly, graduation ceremony, inaugural lectures…)
Requirements: Higher Education degree or high school degree and equivalent experience; Fluency in English and French. German and Luxemburgish would be considered an advantage; 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position; Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy; High level of personal integrity as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters; Flexible, creative and service oriented; Tactful and diplomatic
