Duties: Applications are sought for an experienced admissions professional to become a Senior Admissions Officer starting on 10th February 2020. This role leads a team of 4 admissions officers to deliver a professional admissions service to our applicants. This post holder will oversee the accurate and efficient processing of undergraduate applications to the Faculty of Engineering, ensuring that admissions guidelines and policies are followed. The post holder will also be responsible for liaising with admissions tutors, monitoring offer targets and supporting confirmation preparations and activities
Requirements: The successful candidate will: be committed to providing a responsive and helpful service; have undergraduate admissions experience within a Higher Education setting; have experience of managing and leading a team of staff; have experience of high volume data processing environments; have good interpersonal skills; and excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise work and think clearly and work calmly to meet service standards under pressure
