Position: Quality and Process Officer (m/f)

Duties: Mission: The Quality and Process Officer contributes to the optimal design and administration of processes. Assisting the Team Leader of the Compliance and Quality Office, the successful candidate will coordinate, implement and monitor all quality processes of the Faculty. Main responsibilities: Optimisation of process management and quality assurance for the Faculty’s Study programmes, research and international management processes; Analyses current processes within the faculty and make process design proposals; Ensures execution of periodic quality audits; Prepares evaluation processes (internal and external); Develops feedback instruments and data analysis; Maintains, monitors and develops internal quality assurance systems and indicators; Ensures internal communication and cooperation with the Faculty and University administration regarding all quality enhancement related questions and activities; Attends meetings and report to different audiences about quality processes; Creates awareness on process management and quality assurance with management and employees; Supports strategic projects for quality development and innovation
Requirements: Higher education degree, a specialisation in the related field will be considered as an advantage; Experience in a similar position will be considered as an asset; Excellent understanding of quality processes and of higher education in general; Experience in the use of common computer software and on-line tools (e.g. Visio); Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to relate to all levels of staff; Strong organisational and prioritising skills with a proven ability to work with deadlines; Excellent command of English and fluent in French; German and/or Luxembourgish will be considered as an advantage
