Position: Claims Administrator (f/m)

Duties: General administrative support to our team of Claim Managers; Reviewing invoices and determining correct payments to make; Accurate recording and updating of new claims on claims management database; Working with brokers to confirm closure of old claims/updates on active claims; Small adhoc projects
Requirements: Commercial education and relevant financial administration track record; Experience with MS office suite, which includes spreadsheets, databases, graphics Intermediate level in Excel strongly preferred, aptitude to navigate software easily; Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and effectively manage assigned workload; Ability to establish effective working relationships at the work group level; Very good command of spoken and written English, proficiency in German
