Position: Research Associate on project for the Digital Documentation and Research Centre

Location: Luxembourg City, Luxembourg
Duties: Systematic screening, collecting and digitalizing of grey literature from the areas of Youth Research, Youth Work and Youth Politics as well as child and youth services in Luxembourg; Supervision, maintenance and further development of the youth research website; Creation of an English and/or French version of the website; Managing the electronic databases of the documentation centre; Ensuring the day to day handling of the documentation centre; Public relations, activities via electronic tools; Cooperation with FLSHASE digital publishing initiative
Requirements: BAC 5; Experience as a documentalist in the social sciences is an asset; Experience with web technologies (html, css) and xml; Experience with XSLT or OCR are an asset; The University of Luxembourg is set in a multilingual context. It is desired that the successful candidate will have excellent knowledge in at least two of the three following languages: German, French and/or English. Luxembourgish is an asset; Ability to work autonomously
