Requirements: Successful candidate will have Extensive experience of working in people change and business change programmes as a specialist or on leading transformation initiatives in complex organisations, be culturally sensitive to intellectual environments and comfortable with constructive challenge to deliver project outcomes Resilient, energetic and able to maintain a positive outlook throughout the transformation lifecycle
