Position: Digital Education Advisor

Duties: The Digital Education Advisor will lead the development of digital education support with a primary focus on one of UCLs academic Schools (groups of faculties) but will also have the opportunity to provide support to other Schools as required. You will liaise with faculty and departmental tutors on strategies for promoting and developing good digital education practice in your departments, and will become an authoritative source of information about your schools current and planned digital education requirements and provision. You will advise faculty colleagues, and will provide training, support and practical assistance in the use of digital education technologies and work closely with colleagues in the UCL Arena Centre to ensure that staff receive consistent and coordinated support and guidance. You will also develop and support discipline-based and practice-based networks such as the UCL E-Learning Champions
Requirements: You will be an experienced educational technologist with strong customer care experience. A deep understanding of how digital technologies can be used to enhance learning, teaching and assessment and the role of learning design to improve the learner experience are essential. You will have strong negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to build networks and maintain relationships at all levels of the organisation
