Position: Administrative Assistant (m/f)

Duties: The administrative assistant will work under the supervision of the Assistant to the Director of the C2DH for the DHARPA project, lead by Professor Sean Takats, whose team will be developing software for historical research
Requirements: 3-5 years’ experience with: Scheduling and budgeting; Planning events and travel; Publicity and outreach; Great communication skills; Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate methodological, organised, pragmatic and effective approaches to the work; Willingness to cooperate actively in a larger team; Experience working in a university or research environment will be advantageous; Experience with history or the humanities and social sciences will be a plus; Good command of the following languages: English, French and/or German

The Digital History Advanced Research Projects Accelerator (DHARPA) at C2DH is looking to hire an administrative assistant as part of a recent PEARL Fellowship granted by the Luxembourg National Research Fund (FNR).
