Duties: The successful candidate will analyze neuroimaging data in patients with depression before and after probiotic supplementation. The dataset particularly includes structural and functional (task-based and resting state) MRI, ASL, DTI and EEG data. The post holder will have the opportunity to combine these imaging data with other biological assays such as blood, saliva and stool marker. The candidate is expected to develop innovative analyses strategies and to actively engage in writing and publishing scientific articles
Requirements: PhD degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. psychology, neurosciences, computer science, biomedical engineering or a related field) obtained no longer than 6 months ago; Proficiency in analysis of multimodal neuroimaging data using state-of-the-art methods; Experiences in advanced network analysis is a plus; Affinity for data integration issues and quantitative methods (e.g. regression and multivariate statistics methods); Demonstrated record of strong scientific writing; Good analytical and organizational skills; Proficiency in English at a scientific level
