Duties: Applications are invited for the role of Administrative Assistant in the Centre for Clinical Microbiology, based at the Royal Free Hospital. This role provides comprehensive support to our staff, students and visitors across a range of functions. These include, but are not limited to, being first point of contact for the Centre, organisation of seminars, conference and meetings, dealing with enquiries, arranging travel and accommodation, and processing expenses claims
Requirements: Applicants should be educated to A level standard or have equivalent relevant work - related experience, preferably gained in an academic or health setting. The role requires the ability to work as part of a team, manage a varied and demanding workload, to communicate effectively and build relationships with people at different levels within the organisation, as well as a professional attitude, flexibility, initiative and a commitment to professional development
