Position: Senior/Business Engagement Consultant

Duties: Your new role An exciting opportunity exists to join the Engagement and Discovery team. This is a brand new function within Curtin University’s internal IT department, tasked with bridging the worlds of IT and Higher Education. The Engagement and Discovery function combines Business Analysis/Consultancy with Human Centred Design (Design Thinking, Lean Design and Agile) capabilities in order to incubate innovative ideas, support the prioritisation of high impact digital initiatives and kick start the successful delivery of projects

The Business Engagement Consultant role will work closely with stakeholders from across the University to proactively elicit their business needs, issues and outcomes and translate these needs into innovative digital projects. The Business Engagement Consultant team will also work closely with the Deputy Director of Engagement and Discovery and the CIO in feeding into Curtin’s new digital strategy.
