Your new role Are you a self-sufficient, experienced Analyst who can work in a dynamic and fast paced environment? Can you identify relationships, patterns and trends in data using a process mindset? We are recruiting a highly skilled and driven Performance & Reporting Analyst to join the CIO’s support team. You will: Source, interpret and analyse data to meet the strategic and operational needs. Apply appropriate tools and techniques to extract, manipulate and interrogate data. Break down and solve complex problems with the ability to communicate with subject matter experts to draw relevant insights. Translate complex data into reports which can be understood by a variety of audiences. Draw conclusions or make predictions based on extracted information. Track impact of improvement actions against performance and predicting future trends. Extract information from client brief, identify a suitable creating visualization results appropriate to the audience. Fully participate and engage in the team culture, mindsets & philosophies by modelling the expected behaviours and values. Click here to view the Position Description. You will bring to the role A degree in quantitative discipline and relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training . Ability to work independently. Experience with data collection processes and the manipulation and analysis of information. Experience using relational database systems and query tools for data interrogation, extraction and presentation. Analytical and diagnostic skills.
