Position: Business Analyst

Duties: An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Business Analyst to join our vibrant Research Office. This role works closely with clients to investigate and evaluate business needs and recommend solutions to improve business outcomes. You will work collaboratively with the Research Office to establish, maintain and continually improve current systems and processes. You will use your analytical skills to identify and support business process review opportunities; while your participation in project and stakeholder meetings will ensure accurate business requirements are gathered, ensuring appropriate system updates are made to support the success of our projects. You will source, collate and analyse data from reports whilst mapping and documenting current and future-state business processes
Requirements: Completion of a degree with subsequent relevant work experience or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training; Demonstrated experience in reviewing and analysing business processes, practices and procedures and/or systems and applications; Well-developed organisational skills and knowledge of project management methods and tools; Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills; Demonstrated interpersonal and oral communication skills with the ability to consult and liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders; Demonstrated written communication skills with the ability to create systematic and consistent requirements specifications, reports and other relevant documentation in clear and user-friendly language; Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited direction as well as collaboratively and effectively as part of a team
