This is a fast paced role so you must have experience working in an environment of competing priorities and a strong focus of customer service
Requirements: Completion of a relevant qualification with extensive relevant advisory and commercial experience; or equivalent; Strong conceptual and analytical skills; Strong communication and influential skills with a strong visionary/business acumen focus; Demonstrated experience in facilitation; Excellent interpretation of legislation; Demonstrated experience in implementing transformational change in a complex and rapidly changing environment; Demonstrated ability to establish partnerships and effective working relationships with customers and service colleagues

Your new role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced People Capability Consultant to join our vibrant and diverse People & Culture Team. You will provide HR support to the People Business Partner identifying the needs of your customers, sourcing suitable interventions for management and leadership of L&D gaps. You will identify best practices to provide support and programmes of work including people development and employee relations whilst collaborating and liaising with People & Culture teams to ensure customers are provided with accurate, consistent and excellent service.
