Duties: A major focus of the UCL Translation group at the UCL Cancer Institute is manipulation of T-cells for therapeutic application. The purpose of this position is to assist on GMP T-cell manufacturing projects for clinical trial. The position will conduct research around viral transduction of patient and donor T-cells to cGMP. cGMP training will be provided during the tenure of this post
Requirements: The successful candidate must have an MSc or possess equivalent experience (Ideally in Immunology, Molecular biology, Biochemistry, Genetics). Experience in Molecular cloning, tissue culture, viral transduction and genome editing is essential
