Duties: Based in the Faculty of Life Sciences UCL Biosciences is one of the UKs largest and most active divisions for research and education in the biological sciences. We are recruiting for a Fish Facility Technician to assist in the day to day running and maintenance of three large aquaria. Duties include maintenance of the systems, including tank and rack cleaning, filtration maintenance, water quality control and other tasks related to the general upkeep of the aquaria and general husbandry of both adult, juvenile and larval forms of fish including feeding and water quality control and other tasks related general upkeep of the fish
Requirements: National Diploma in Fish Management or equivalent is essential, as is understanding of basic fish biology, physiology, anatomy and genetics
