Managing complex travel and accommodation bookings and itineraries. Screening phone calls, emails and visitors, and resolving issues where appropriate. Drafting correspondence and presentations and compiling reports. Liaising widely with internal and external stakeholders including international contacts. Providing comprehensive administrative support. Planning and managing the reception of visitors and guests
Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant. High level professionalism and presentation with a demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity. Outstanding interpersonal skills, and verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple and competing tasks Strong attention to accuracy and detail, and able to work to deadlines. High proficiency in diary management and travel co-ordination across varied time zones. Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products to prepare diverse executive reports, papers and presentations

Curtin International Curtin International has responsibility for University-wide leadership, planning, support and coordination of Curtin’s international activities. This includes the development of alliances with universities overseas, international student recruitment and admissions, student sponsors (such as Australia Awards, philanthropic agencies and foreign governments), alternative pathways for non-qualified applicants (including Curtin English), policy formulation, and monitoring and quality assurance of transnational education activities. Your new role Working closely with the Deputy Vice Chancellor, International, and also assisting the Associate Deputy Vice Chancellor and Director International, you will provide comprehensive and confidential personal assistance and executive secretarial support. You will manage the daily operations of the Executive office and ensure the seamless continuity of all activities. You will be flexible and versatile, and able to operate in a diverse environment with frequently changing demands and priorities.
