You will work across the UCL campus, providing support in unfamiliar environments and operating equipment which is inaccessible to the Policy Manager. You will set up, adapt and operate office systems to meet the needs of a Disabled Person and you will have a high standard of accuracy when producing written work
Requirements: Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent. Experience of setting up, improving and operating administrative and office systems, including diary management. Experience of producing high quality materials for training and presentation purposes. Experience of note-taking. A clear understanding of, and commitment to, equality and diversity and an understanding of how this can be implemented within the scope of the role. Understanding and sensitivity to cultural difference. An understanding of the importance of confidentiality and the ability to deal with sensitive matters with discretion
