Your new role A unique opportunity exists for you to support the MBA programs day-to-day operational requirements of customer engagement and service focused administration. The role will involve Coordinate and act as a point of contact between Academic staff and University Admissions regarding Credit for Recognised Learning (CRL) and other matters relating to applications for admission. Coordinate in collaboration with the MBA Director and MBA TSC to review the draft timetable for accuracy and omissions and resolve any issues with students, liaising with the Scheduling Office as required. Maintain information regarding students on placement, ensuring all legal paperwork e.g. insurance, working with children is completed and managed and assist in the coordinator of work integrated learning experiences. Liaise with the SSSO’s within the Schools regarding any Applications for Assessment Extension, access plans and special considerations ensuring end-to-end service to the student/customer across the administration teams in Bentley and Perth City. Assist MBA TSC and the School TSO / SSSO staff with the Board of Examiners (BOE), acting as secretary to record decisions and to provide student specific information and feedback, as well as ensuring logistical and attendance requirements are met. Coordinate student documentation management within the School, including where relevant payment by students of incidental fees, assistance with portfolios, professional body information. Respond to enquiries made by Academics and students, including administrative queries, liaising with Academic staff as necessary and referring students to other services as required and facilitate relevant and timely communications to students. You will work in a team led by the MBA Director based at Curtin’s Perth City Campus. The position will provide opportunities to engage with students, academics, collaborators and industry partners, both locally and internationally.
