Duties: You will develop and apply inspiring teaching techniques and content which foster enthusiasm, understanding and critical enquiry amongst undergraduate and postgraduate trainee teachers. The role includes working on ITT courses, Postgraduate routes and providing professional development. You must be able to work closely with colleagues in partner schools to establish and maintain links which ensure strong theory to practice connections. Requirements: As a Lecturer you will need to be motivated, well organised and passionate about delivering exceptional evidence based teaching. You will have relevant subject knowledge in Primary Music evidenced through qualifications and prior teaching experience covering both EYFS and the Primary National Curriculum. You will have real energy and passion for your subject and its associated pedagogy which goes well beyond current statutory curriculum requirements. Applicants must hold a first degree and have QTS.
