Position: Senior Transformation Officer

Duties: As Senior Transformation Officer, it is your role within the Administration to establish, develop and launch transformation plans, to lead the changes necessary to sustain the transformations within the central administration, and to manage the portfolio of projects ongoing in the Central Administration, and specifically the ones related to the transformation across all departments
Requirements: Master’s degree or equivalent with emphasis on Management Sciences. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position or equivalent proven successful experience in delivering organizational effectiveness & change management. Cross-functional background with experiences in a variety of business situations and challenges. Exceptional people skills & ability to engage within all levels of the organization, both vertically and horizontally. Demonstrated digital literacy. Very strong analytical skills, conceptual and structured thinking. Very strong organizational and planning skills to orchestrate large number of initiatives. Fluency in English and good command of French and/or German

As Senior Transformation Officer, it is your role within the Administration to establish, develop and launch transformation plans, to lead the changes necessary to sustain the transformations within the central administration, and to manage the portfolio of projects ongoing in the Central Administration, and specifically the ones related to the transformation across all departments. This job includes the following responsibilities, but are not limited to: Developing transformation plan (initiatives and financial impacts) Setting the pace and rhythm of planning and execution across the administration Reporting and formalizing to Director of Administration and Finance plans, challenges and improvements Managing and coordinating the different initiatives and groups, as well as the project portfolio related to improvement of the Central Administration services and transformation Holding initiative owner accountable of their delivery Facilitating removal of roadblocks and workout conflicts across initiatives Communicating on transformations and changes Highlighting to management issue and decision for resolution Identifying and proposing people, processes and tools to ensure the sustainability of the transformation, and drive the implementation plans Your Profile Master’s degree or equivalent with emphasis on Management Sciences Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position or equivalent proven successful experience in delivering organizational effectiveness & change management Cross-functional background with experiences in a variety of business situations and challenges Exceptional people skills & ability to engage within all levels of the organization, both vertically and horizontally Demonstrate empathy Demonstrated digital literacy Very strong analytical skills, conceptual and structured thinking Very strong organizational and planning skills to orchestrate large number of initiatives Demonstrated ability to handle intense workload, pressure and emotional load Successful experience in working in a higher education and research environment is an asse Fluency in English and good command of French and/or German We offer A motivating and interesting job within an international research environment Opportunity to make an impact in a young fast growing organization Further Information The University of Luxembourg is an equal opportunity employer.
