Position: Principal Systems Analyst

Duties: Define strategies to rationalise, integrate and transition existing business systems and applications into updated effective and efficient solutions architecture, where and when appropriate and feasible. Review information systems requirements, designs and implementation plans to ensure that the technology and security aspects are architecturally sound, and that they conform to the respective standards and guidelines. Provide analysis and quality professional advice across a broad spectrum of ICT disciplines to business system owners and MNHHS Management, etc
Requirements: Possession of appropriate tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded. However, it is acknowledged that enhanced work performance can result from other learning experiences. Knowledge and experience of business application development and support architectures within an environment of competing demands and limited resources. Management skills including the ability to define tasks and priorities coordinate activities effectively to meet deadline and manage a small team to achieve high quality outcome in an environment of competing priorities. Knowledge and experience of information system application development and support through all stages of the applications software lifecycle. High level of written, oral and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to consult and negotiate with departmental staff, clients, contractors and vendors. High level of conceptual and analytical skills and the ability to provide advice and innovative ideas on complex technology, policy and strategic issues within a MNHHS focus
