Possession of appropriate tertiary qualifications would be highly regarded. However, it is acknowledged that enhanced work performance can result from other learning experiences. Management skills including the ability to define tasks and priorities coordinate activities effectively to meet deadline and manage a small team to achieve high quality outcome in an environment of competing priorities.
