The successful candidatehas a strong background in analysis and differential geometry. Familiari-ty with one of the following areas is an advantage: calculus of variations,geometric measure theory, analysis on metric spaces, metric geometry, sub-Riemannian geometry.We offer a friendly and supportive environment, a competitive salary, andintegration in the Swiss Doctoral Program in Mathematics. The positioncarries a moderate teaching load.
