Duties: Two exciting opportunities exist for experienced Marketing Coordinators to join our vibrant Marketing team. The first position is based within our Research Office and the second within our Faculty of Business and Law. The Marketing Coordinator facilitates the development and implementation of a broad range of marketing programs. The Marketing Coordinator for Research will be focused on producing marketing materials that profile Research at Curtin. The role will mainly coordinate the production of publications, content (written and video), promotional material, digital communications and other marketing deliverables to position Curtin as a leader in research
Requirements: Completion of a relevant degree or an equivalent combination of relevant marketing experience and/or education/training. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects. Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels with cross cultural sensitivity. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and to provide a client focused service to staff and stakeholders

These positions provide support to the relevant Marketing Manager in the implementation and ongoing management of the Research or Faculty marketing plans. The Marketing Coordinator facilitates the development and implementation of a broad range of marketing programs. You will support the relevant Marketing Manager by interacting with external and internal service providers to ensure the area’s marketing projects and briefs are delivered on time and meet customer requirements. The Marketing Coordinator for Research will be focused on producing marketing materials that profile Research at Curtin. The role will mainly coordinate the production of publications, content (written and video), promotional material, digital communications and other marketing deliverables to position Curtin as a leader in research. The Marketing Coordinator for the Faculty of Business and Law facilitates the development and implementation of a broad range of marketing activities including multiple advertising campaigns, event coordination (including the Faculty’s involvement in Open Day), a variety of videos and photoshoots as well as producing a broad range of collateral items including the production of annual course guides. You will work collaboratively with all other University Marketing teams and the wider University, to enhance the University’s brand and reputation with internal and external audiences and contribute to our goal of inspiring people to choose Curtin. Both roles are fast paced and will suit an adaptable individual who has excellent communication and project management skills, and is able to work using their own initiative.
