Position: Digital Engagement Manager

Duties: This role manages a team of Digital Marketing Coordinators and is responsible for managing and supporting the development of digital strategies. Through strategic thinking, strong data driven customer insight, and operational excellence, this role was designed to maximize scale and efficiency of our customer acquisition, engagement and brand awareness in the digital space. You will assist with the development and implementation of the Digital Marketing engagement strategy and are responsible for ensuring Curtin’s Central Website meets KPIs, adopts UX best practices and Web Governance processes are implemented
Requirements: Completion or progression towards a relevant tertiary qualification in a relevant field with extensive web development and digital marketing experience, or equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Demonstrated experience in a range of digital marketing technologies, specifically content management systems, CRMs, analytic tools and social media publishing. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to develop and implement project plans, manage change and ensure projects meet scope, time and budget. Demonstrated ability to become proficient with a Marketing Automation platform. Proven knowledge of user interface design and user-focused design methods

Your new role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our vibrant Digital Marketing team. This role manages a team of Digital Marketing Coordinators and is responsible for managing and supporting the development of digital strategies. Through strategic thinking, strong data driven customer insight, and operational excellence, this role was designed to maximize scale and efficiency of our customer acquisition, engagement and brand awareness in the digital space. You will assist with the development and implementation of the Digital Marketing engagement strategy and are responsible for ensuring Curtin’s Central Website meets KPIs, adopts UX best practices and Web Governance processes are implemented. The ideal incumbent will come from a strong marketing background and will have extensive management experience. This position is broad ranging in its scope and requires someone who is flexible and able to manage a range of diverse activities. You will have excellent use of initiative accompanied with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to report on marketing budgets.
