Position: Digital Marketing Producer

Duties: This new role provides operational support for the development and implementation of the projects which have strategic importance to University Marketing and supports its activities. As part of a digital marketing team within University Marketing your position supports scale and efficiency of our customer acquisition, engagement and brand awareness in the digital space. You will provide assistance in the development, coordination and implementation of assigned University Marketing Strategic initiatives and as a coordination point for University wide projects whilst coordinating and managing project timelines
Requirements: A relevant tertiary degree in marketing, business or relevant discipline; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate and implement project plans to achieve desired outcomes within required constraints. Demonstrated high level interpersonal and oral communication skills with the ability to consult and liaise effectively with a diverse range of people and with cross cultural sensitivity. Demonstrated effective written communication skills with the ability to gather business requirements, engage and manage stakeholders and service providers, and coordinate support and content handover as required. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple and often competing tasks with attention to accuracy and detail within deadlines. Proven ability to work well in a team, including respecting difference, leading, supporting others, accepting direction, and working to group goals. Demonstrated effective decision making and problem solving skills. Experience in the marketing industry, tertiary education sector or a large complex organisation. Experience with agile project methodology and development processes

This position would suit a professional and engaging incumbent who has excellent use of initiative accompanied with strong interpersonal skills. You will ideally come with solid experience working with a diverse range of internal clients and stakeholders coordinating digital projects.
