PF-LFS is seeking a motivated individual who is interested in serving as a Technical Work Manager with First Line Manager (FLM) responsibilities for daily operations of the PF-LFS machine shops. The selected candidate will report to the PF-LFS Group Leader and will work as an integral member of the group management team with oversight responsibility for the group’s six machine shops and management of the Machinist Pipeline Program (MPP), a New Mexico state certified journeyman machinist apprenticeship program. Responsibilities of the successful candidate will include but are not limited to the following: Work with the Group Leader to establish priorities and help manage the daily operations within the 6 PF-LFS machine shops and MPP; Represent group management to define and prioritize programmatic objectives for the machine shops; Allocate and coordinate resources and scheduling to include personnel, facilities, equipment, and investments to meet customer requirements; Participate in the development and implementation of strategic planning to ensure that customer requirements are satisfied; Monitor and provide summary reporting to the Group Leader for PF-LFS recharge revenue and cost collection performance on a weekly basis; Address personnel issues, and participate with the group management team in the development and implementation of performance plans for group personnel
